Four gates between a claim and the record.

Every entry passes the same four checks and carries the date it was last reviewed.

  1. 01

    Primary documentation

    An entry starts from documentation the owning institution actually holds, such as a project charter, an implementation report or a signed partnership agreement.

  2. 02

    Named accountability

    Every use case is attributed to a named owning institution, with partners and technology providers recorded separately.

  3. 03

    Stage classification

    Each entry sits at one of five stages, from concept through to deployed at scale. An outcome is recorded either as expected or as achieved.

  4. 04

    Continuous review

    Entries are reviewed again on a cycle. If something material changes we verify it once more, and any institution can ask us for a correction.
